Jeff brings a wealth of experience from representing leading Silicon Valley software vendors such as Sybase, Informatica, Fortify, Splunk, and Databricks in the New York Metro area. Specializing in Data and Financial Services, Jeff has facilitated the implementation of Trading, Research, Client Support, Fraud Detection, AML, and Cybersecurity solutions for numerous Banks, Brokers, and Insurance organizations. Throughout his career, Jeff has ventured into various projects, including the development of a Social Network, a Sales Enablement Platform, and a Tech Toy, culminating in Blujin, which plans to disrupt HR Tech.

Our CTO, known as Maddy, has honed his expertise in data engineering and data science across the world's leading Financial Firms. From serving as a Managing Director at Morgan Stanley to assuming roles as Chief Data Scientist at JPMorgan Chase and UBS, Maddy's journey has been marked by his dedication to building AI solutions that correlate and analyze diverse data, aiding decisions from Human Capital Management to Investments. Maddy holds a PhD in Information Systems from the Stern School of Business, NYU, a Masters in Computer Science from the University of Detroit, and a Masters in Statistics from the Indian Statistical Institute.

Our CISO is a seasoned cyber security and technology leader with 25 years experience. Directing high-performing teams for over two decades. His core philosophies to building exceptional teams include empathy, organization-level partnership, prioritization, and empowering team members with ownership and accountability. Todd's mantra is "reasonable and right-sized" focusing on working smarter, reducing waste, mitigating non-valuable work, and building continuously evolving security programs.

VP, Sales
Jim has extensive background in sales and sales management working with both early-stage and established companies in cybersecurity, data, HR Tech and telecom. He is tenured with experience at Actian, British Telecom, Optiv, SUSE, Tripwire, and Verizon. He has sold both products and services directly and via the channel to new logos and established companies in the energy, financial, healthcare, hospitality, insurance, manufacturing, retail, and high-tech. Jim's responsibilities at Blujin include competitive analysis, marketing, GTM, and driving sales campaigns.
