Our CEO brings a wealth of experience from representing leading Silicon Valley software entities such as Sybase, Informatica, Fortify, and Splunk in the New York Metropolitan area. Specializing in Data and Financial Services, Jeff has facilitated the implementation of Trading, Research, Client Support, Fraud Detection, Anti Money Laundering, and Cybersecurity solutions for numerous major Banks, Brokers, and Insurance organizations. Throughout his career, Jeff has ventured into various projects, including the development and prototyping of a Social Network, a Sales Enablement Platform, and a Tech Toy, culminating in the birth of bluJin, a venture that holds promise above all others.

Our CTO, known as Maddy, has honed his expertise in data engineering and data science across the world's leading Financial Firms. From serving as a Managing Director at Morgan Stanley to assuming roles as Chief Data Scientist at JPMorgan Chase and UBS, Maddy's journey has been marked by his dedication to building AI solutions that correlate and analyze diverse data, aiding decisions from Human Capital Management to Investments. Maddy holds a PhD in Information Systems from the Stern School of Business, NYU, a Masters in Computer Science from the University of Detroit, and a Masters in Statistics from the Indian Statistical Institute.
